LAVONASE washing solution device is extremely easy to use for the daily hygieneof nasal cavities and nasopharynx. It is a very simple device composed of a bag containing sterile saline and an original nasal irrigation system equipped with nozzles with diverging holes for optimal washing. Designed to provide an extremely effective mechanical action, the nozzles create a one-way flow into the nasal cavities and the nasopharynx which removes all secretions, dusts, allergens and hazardous chemicals from the nose. Breathing and mucosal physiology are consequently improved by means of a stimulating action on nasal mucosa.

The product has the following features:
• allows the mechanical removal of pathological secretions, crusts, dusts, allergens or pollutants which, in combination with mucosal oedema, cause upper airways obstruction and serious breathing difficulties;
• provides thermal stimulation, disinfection and moistening of nasal mucous membranes and facilitates regulation of the nasal cycle;
• provides a vehicle for pharmaceutical substances, i.e. mucolytic drugs, balsamic remedies, anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-histamines, antibiotics or thermal and sulphurous waters and waters containing sodium chloride and sodium iodide;
• it is useful for prevention: by applying regular nasal washing, optimal anatomical and physiological conditions of the mucosa are preserved alongside with correct nasal functioning.
