1) The long nozzle adapts perfectly to the analsphincter and avoids leakage during irrigation;
2) three small orifices are placed on the top and lateraly on the nozzle;
3) the length of the catheter allows for a stress free and non traumatic irrigation, while sitting on the water closet.
